Mainly Mormons and Jehovah Witnesses. Yah now, polygamy for one and the whole cult like aspect of both.

5 AntwortenJust the other day I was stopped by two Korean missionaries who belonged to the "Church of God" who were trying to sell me on the fact that God has two aspects, God the Father and God the Mother.

I’ve had mostly tame experiences. The only times I’ve been slightly creeped out is when approached by Jehovah’s Witnesses. I think it’s the fake smile that sends my cult senses tingling.

I honestly never have any issues with religious nutcases, I usualy ignore the randoms you sometimes see on the street or the Jehovas that come at my door. The Netherlands is a pretty tolerant country when it comes to religion or atheism, at least the part I live in except for the Islamophobics, which I also ignore.

Bearbeitet von Uncanny_Vale: 2/3/2020 6:13:50 AMSome freak (I’ve never seen who it is) keeps leaving these creepy religious comics at the park where I take my daughter to play near my home. Some of them are pretty funny. One was about a kid who turned to satanism after reading Harry Potter. Some of them are pretty disturbing though - stuff about Islam being satanic and gays are going to burn in Hell - stuff like that. I make a point of throwing them in the trash every time I find them. I hate the idea that some random stranger is trying to indoctrinate young kids in the park.
