Agreed, poster could easily find public events to make heroic by himself. No, they aren’t different, imho. We’re either a community and desire to help those around us, or we’re not. It’s binary. No different from your view on Fractaline, either we’re helping, or not. Personally, I don’t see what the big deal is on either. If I need an heroic public event, I’ll find and make it myself, no biggie. Same for Fractaline, I’ll either contribute, or I won’t, no biggie. One thing I’ve learned about this community, isolate and analyze 10,000 ppl and 9,999 are looking out for their own individual interests. Not helping turn public events heroic is no different from not helping the Fractaline deposits. Everybody (there are exceptions every now and then, rare like unicorns, but they do exist) is looking out for themselves.
