For Christmas I got a brand new PlayStation 4 controller. So far it seems very responsive. Well I know is that there’s something going on in the crucible that’s costing me greatly.....Mostly in competitive.
Right now my go to loadout is my master worked...maxed range...gold roll dust rocks blue....in my kinetic.
And I am using the Luna’s Howl. Even though I’m using a lot of enhancement mods for both a shotgun in hand cannon.. Every time I seem to get in the corner to use the shotgun I either I’m always stowing the weapon away instead of shooting it.......Or it shoots fine. But even when it shoots it seems very Unresponsive. I mean my shot gun shoots pretty far away thanks to its master work and roll. But even when I’m almost so close I can look into my opponents eyes they still take barely any damage......(But that’s another subject)
Another thing is that I’m using a handheld supernova.....Paired with the exotic gauntlets Contraverse Hold(Don’t judge me I need to do whatever it takes to counter such an overly sweaty competitive environment)
Anyway.......Another thing that seems to be happening is when I try to charge up my handheld..... For some reason the charging always seems to get interrupted or gets stopped even though my finger is still pushing the button to hold it. It’s like something is interrupting the charging process. And like I said it seems to really only happen in the crucible.
Now I know people are going to say maybe it’s the controller but again it only seems to happen in the crucible and this controller is like not even a few weeks old. So I will admit every time my handheld Nova gets canceled out or when I try to pull up my shotgun and it gets towed instead at the worst possible time..... The light in the back of my controller turns red for a second. Now I’m pretty sure that means that my controller is disconnecting and I have done everything I can think of under the sun to fix this problem. I try to hold in the controller higher up and for my father distance so that nothing could block the Signal....... I tried making sure that the controller is fully charged. I even tried hooking the controller directly into the PS4 which seem to work......But it still seems like it’s still disconnecting. I am thinking of taking the controller back and see if I can get an exchange for a new one but before I do that I want to make absolutely sure that it’s not some kind of shenanigans created by my opponents. Like I said before there are some questionable situations where players who are close to my max range dust rock needs more than one shot to take down to the face......And players who are definitely in the range of my handheld should be taking damage but not....(again there might be another debate for another time)
So I would like some positive feedback on what’s going on and what I actually should do.
