How to get above 960?
Can anyone tell me how to get over 960?
I wave 960 gear on everything, have done for ages but nothing drops over.
I only ply crucible, so I know I need to do something else, but what’s the quickest/easiest way to get gear above? Thanks

Get a solid 2 other players to run through pinnacle reward activities with you at least once a reset, that’s all I do. Master Ordeal, Nightmare hunt is even easier this season with the bump in light level. Pit of heresy is pretty much a no fail activity so you can get powerful infusion gear or dismantle it right away for a ton of resources for later.

All of those drop pinnacle rewards +2 to +3 over ur current base power level not including the artifact . The Garden raid also drops pinnacle gear but if u don’t pve then that may be a bit harder to complete and very time consuming . The Pit drops a master worked pinnacle piece of armor guaranteed every week from defeating the boss just FYI also and like others have said the 4 IB bounties will drop pinnacle gear also. One thing tho, u have to finish the IB quest first to get armor to drop, otherwise only weapons will drop pinnacle from the bounties

If you only play pvp, then do iron banner, you get 4 pinnacles there.

Bungie hasnt put pinnacle rewards in regular crucible and as of now, iron banner is only crucible pinnacle to get above 960. Everything else is pve, so unfortunately if you dont pve, youve hit your cap.
