I've looked online for the codes to the lore pathways when the bastion drop launched yesterday. I've checked with several sources saying that 18 is: diamond, plus, plus, clover, snake, plus, diamond. after a few tries with no results I gave up and moved on to path 19. (Hex, plus, plus, diamond, hex, snake, snake) at that completion I achieved path 18's lore, and trying the same combination again yielded no result. as far as I can tell path 19 is locked out for me. my timeline for this result if it helps is as follows: after I had completed the saint 14 missions I had completely blown off the corridors of time and forgot about it. I had not touched it until the bastion quest which upon going back to the sundial I did the long corridor combination for Saint 14's eulogy scene on the 21st of January never doing any corridor runs beforehand. I enjoyed the lore but received nothing after the end of the monologue. afterwards I acquired the bastion quest directly from saint 14 as I learned I was probably too late to do that naturally. from then I completed the bastion quest and went back to do the corridor pathways. I had then decided to acquire the quest from Osiris and had run 1-17 smoothly. path 18 never materialized and trying path 19 resulted in me getting path 18's lore.
