Can the aim assist have an option to be disabled? It gets in the way more than helps.
That's all.

17 AntwortenWithout aim assist you wouldn’t hit a single shot :). Reducing is a better term in my opinion but removing it is a bad idea.

Bungie: Gives option to turn off aim assist People asking for it: Turn it off! Oh what happened to my aim? Why can't I hit anything with my god roll Spare Rations or Waking Vigil? Leave aside slide shooting, I can't even hit all shots with both me and the enemy dead still. Beloved is beloved no more :( Can't even trust Trust! Jack Queen King is neither a king nor a queen. Midnight Coup won't coup anything now :( Not Forgotten is forgotten. *picks up heavy* Hammerhead is like a hammer to my own head. Haha, I have one last trick up my sleeve which has never failed me in Destiny history! *takes out MIDA* WHAT? Is this THE Multi Tool or just a tool? Why won't you let me have fun Bungie? *realises how much shooting is done by the gun and not by the player in Destiny* *turns on aim assist* Bring it on, punks! I got my mojo back!

Bearbeitet von twirlypen: 1/20/2020 8:54:19 PMI wish these pc guys would stop saying how needed it is. The bullet magnetism is needed, that's it. My reticle getting yanked left when I'm full stick right aiming at a guy 20m in front of me because some guy in the background decides to run across a lane 100m behind them is what's annoying. Add it to the long list of features other self-proclaimed aaa studios give us options for on console... along with dedicated servers, region locking, an actual support staff not manned by unpaid volunteers who abuse their powers way too liberally, in-game lobbies/lfg, chat, and many more.

Some weapons have lower Aim Assistance and won't pull your reticle as strongly; maybe try varying your loadout instead?

I agree it's super annoying when you are aiming down your sights at a horde taking headshots and you have to fight the cursor. Maybe it can be turned almost off when aiming down sights and whatever "normal" is when not? Does that make sense?
-
PvP or PvE? It's certainly annoying in PvE when you are doing one of those bounties like sniper precision shots that you are zoomed on target and about to shoot when another target walks by and "pulls" the aim! Does anyone know if this has been change in recent months as it seems to be "worse" than it used to be?
-
Sure, why not? But unless the reason is that you're mad at your teammates for pulling your scope while you're camping at the back of the map in Crucible with a sniper (gross), 110% guarantee that you're not going to play with it off after you realize how much worse it is. At the very least, it helps correct for lag.
