Cheating is horrendous right now

Cheating on PC (especially in comp) is horrendous right now and its getting worse day by day. Every 2nd match has at least one cheater if you are playing above 4k. I hit legend myself every season within a few hours and I helped over 100 Guardians to reach legend as well. There are literally people out there cheating in destiny 2 on steam since Shadowkeep released and they still havent received a single ban. And what happens when they get banned? They create a new one and cheat again. Even a hardware ID ban doesnt help since there are simple ways around that. When cheating gets adressed we always hear things like "The team is working on reviewing reports and banning people" and I believe that they are working hard but I dont think and dont feel they are doing it good. Theres should be no way that people cheat for 4 months on the SAME ACCOUNT without people reviewing it. And if they review it and for some reason decide not to ban him I wonder what they are thinking if they see him hitting 50 headshots with their sniper in a row. A good player usually can tell in the first engagement whenever someone is cheating and if they dont they certainly know that somethings off. Cheating is such a big problem currently that whenever someone hits a few very weird snipes in quickplay I just cant trust him about being a clean player since everyone can toggle a aimbot on and off with a single hotkey or during a gunfight. I feel like the game should be able to detect players teleporting from one side of the map to the other and respawning an infinite number of times. And even if people respawning an infinite amount of times get instantly detected and banned there are still so many more people trying to hide their aimbotting by not doing it too aggressively. We desperately need a fix for this. Cheater Numbers are increasing instead of decreasing. So there are 2 solutions to this: 1. Disable Competitive PvP (and trials in the future) for new light accounts. (Trials will probably be tied to the current season anyway) People would still cheat in quickplay but I dont think bungie will ever disable pvp in general for new light players since they want them to get a feeling of destinys pvp. But I like the next idea more: 2. Creating a new way of reporting and banning people Since Destiny is becoming more of an mmo why dont we just apply the "gamemaster system". Known and respected players and people in the community get "extra rights" and are able to ban people if they are undoubtfully cheating. If gamemasters abuse their power they lose their gamemaster rights and get banned themselves. People would be able to write tickets with evidence footage and gamemasters would be able to review them. And if you get banned or a gamemasters cant help you you can write a ticket to "super gamemasters" which would be bungies actual support team. This way bungies support team doesnt have to review every single report by themselves and I'm pretty sure there are many people who would happily help to remove cheaters from this game.
