You answered your plea in your statement. Bungie WANTS you to literally play 100's of hours in search for certain gear. Why do you think there has been 3 armor systems in Destiny 2?? After a 7 month hiatus from the game, I logged on the other day just to look at this new armor 2.0. I cannot bash what I do not know. But what I do know is that the grind would be absolutely insane if I want to get where I want to be. Now my year 2 armor was all setup perfectly for the way I played. Why cant I just infuse that on up??? I'll just blue gear to the soft cap and use my current stuff. What's the advantage of armor 2.0 if I cant recreate my current setup w certain mods?? Atm I really dont see one, but hopefully someone can tell me.
