I really liked the Sturm for what it was. A relatively new concept, that adds a play of direct synergy between 2 weapons. Though, the catalyst stat changes are really disappointing. The Sturm had one saving grace. The catalyst's range buff. This gave a 110 RPM, yet a 92 impact, and 91 range HC, and with a empowered shot perk. But with the HC archetype range nerf, this weapon was done dirty. What really made the weapon was it's perk, and range. Now with the range of the general archetype being nerfed, the weapon's effectiveness (pvp wise) was lowered. There are many cases you'll have to land 3 headshots with empowered to kill a player with a Res over 2. (126, 71, etc.). I also want to include the fact that the exotic concept is cool, but still forces you use your secondary slot to get the most out of the weapon. Add that on to Drang being a Year 1 Legendary, and it's only weapon perk getting nerfed. You then are met with the sad fact that the Sturm is lacking heavily compared to the other HCs. I don't wanna right down a exact solution, but I'll recommend that the catalyst actually gain a ability or perk instead of a pure stat boost.

I have two questions. Are you trying to snipe people with the Sturm? If you’re using it within its intended range it should always 2 tap with the overcharge rounds. You do know that there is a y2 version of Drang, yes? You get it from the Menagerie.
