Stuck at 1% on The Vow quest
I’ve read that this Quest is bugged, with lots of people getting stuck at 1% or 5%. Can anyone confirm?
If it’s indeed bugged, I don’t want to waste my time.

Its not worth the time invested. This was designed to be abandoned.

If you're doing strikes, they aren't worth shit for progress. Go do gambit prime for best results.

I did 100 Vex Offensives to get mine.

I did mine with mostly Gambit Prime (2% a pop,) some comp and whatever other bounty activity I was doing at that time. Basically I just stuck the darn thing up my rear and took it everywhere with me. Now I have to gring kills, d'oh. I don't think I'll touch Prime ever again, not in its current state (though in my skill bracket, the Vow is pretty good against mindless invaders.) Oh rats, I still have the Hush to grind. Woe on me :(

1 AntwortenA clan buddy said he did 70 Gambit Prime matches to get the catalyst. Can u imagine 70 gambit prime matches? I’d never play that mode again.

Mines at 93% and I don't use it... I just equip it before the activity ends + triple catalyst multiplier

6 AntwortenConfirmed by several thousand players to be bugged hours after release. I got the same 1% per strike, 2% for VE/GP right out of the gate, and with x3 progression, it's still 1% per strike, 2% for other activities. Of course, Bungie has been completely and predictably silent about it.

This definitely needs to be addressed. I'm all for an enjoyable grind, but this isn't - it's horrible to the point of demoralising.

I just wish nightfalls/ordeals actually gave progression.

Do a match of Gambit Prime with Erianas Vow equipped. If it doesn’t go up any then it is bugged. Mine goes up 2% after every Gambit Prime match. Nightfalls reward me 0 progress.

There really isn’t any point to levelling your erianas until you get the booster. But definitely don’t bother using it in strikes. When there is which pvp matches like mayhem etc have it equipped at the end the matches count more than strikes and they finish quicker.

It shouldn't be bugged. I completed it after update 2.6.1 so it should still be good.

Has to be bugged, not sure even Bungie would of intentionally done something like this. Even with the boosters I stopped at 2%... damn thing just stopped moving. You would literally have to run this all the time and not use any other weapons to get this done.

1 AntwortenNot bugged. Just a super tedious quest. With the triple booster, Heroic Strikes, Crucible, Vex Offensive and Gambit give 1% Gambit Prime gives 2% And strikes launched from the map give 0.5%

Whoa! It’s CL! How’ve you been? Are you talking about the Eriana’s Vow Catalyst quest? That thing is super slow to progress, even with the 3x bonus from the pass. I’ve barely gotten anywhere on it myself to the point I think I gave up trying honestly, lol

Spoiler quest only unlocks the catylst so get ready use alot of arianas vow.

I'm at 31 or 32%. Next time its Mayhem throw it on. You'll never use it and matches are like half the time of regular Valor matches. Or throw it on and go play some Momentum. Its strong in there, and I played a match today that mercies at like 120 something to 30 something in about 2 minutes.
