Apparently they had been planning this raid and the Kurds were our intel. When Trump pulled out and abandoned the Kurds we had to speed up the timetable.

More revisionist history at work here. Clearly remember Republicans doing all they could not to include Obama's name when discussing the capture of bin Laden. McConnell and Paul Ryan praised the military, the intelligence community, and Pakistan intelligence. However, they and fellow Republicans in Congress offered no praise to Obama. The only Republican I recall mentioning Obama, while also praising the military, was John McCain. Back in October 2012, Trump himself tweeted that "President Obama did not deserve credit for killing bin Laden bc the Navy SEAL's killed him". So based on Trump's own tweet, he himself does not deserve to take credit for al Baghdadi's suicide.

Why can’t a single Spider-Man movie get MJ right? She’s supposed to be a geeky redhead teenager that’s way out of Peters league. Not a sickeningly sweet dumb 30 year old, not a completely different blonde character, not a curly haired pessimistic weird kid. The newest Spiderman movies have definitely come the closest with portraying how everything was in the comics and TV shows, but come on. It shouldn’t be that hard to get MJ right.

8 AntwortenReally neither of them deserves credit. All they did was give the go ahead for the raid to happen. They would of had nothing to do with the logistics, the planning or the execution. The CIA and the military did all the work. Trump and Obama just sat in a room (or a golf course) at the end and watched it happen on a TV.
