Quitting games is what causes that team issue, mate. You just complained about an issue and admitted to being a cause of that issue. Don't blame it on "the game queuing and making the teams uneven" because when a game starts with players missing, it will auto-even out the team numbers. Meaning what's causing this issue is people on your team leaving, but then you leave yourself? I think you should be punished mate.
