Hello all, I am in need of some help. So as you can see in the video, I am supposedly able to authenticate my accounts, however when I try to, it doesn't actually authenticate which is preventing me from cross-saving. I've been trying to get my xbox account over to PC for a few weeks now and haven't been able to. I was able to authenticate my Xbox account, and I am unsure why I haven't been able to authenticate my other accounts. It has been upsetting me for a while as I have been trying to do it for a while but was hoping the issue would work itself out. If anybody can help, I would be so greatly appreciative! I have had the problems before I created my character on PC as well, so I don't think that is the issue. I just created the character so I could play some crucible in the meantime.
