Izanagi's Burden quest bugged (Black Armory Key mold not obtainable)

The Volundr, Gofannon, and Izanami Forge all rewarded their respective keys upon destroying the Post-1st round drones that appear in each of the Forges.
However, it seems that the Lock and Key quest cannot be completed by the Bergusia Forge's completion with the drones, nor with interaction with Ada-1. She does not give you the quest to obtain the key. I have looked to Reddit and other online sources but they are either out-dated or they are having similar problems. There seems to be virtually no solution to this so far.
Others report that more than one character is unable to obtain the quest or so and so, but that isn't the issue here. It's not that perhaps another one of my characters could have obtained the quest accidentally, it's that *none*, not even my main character which has the Lock and Key quest has any access whatsoever to getting the final key.
Is this a bug, or are my friends and I missing something?
If someone is able to clarify or share their experience on this issue, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Frustrating as hell to get the key mold forged, and the key doesn't even give me quest progress! Quest step gone, so now im stuck with this useless box with three locks open and one forever shut. Someone get the hotfix machine running.

9 AntwortenYeah I just did mine earlier, acquired the black armory key mold, used it and my lock is still unmarked and now my quest step is gone...

3 AntwortenThis quest is bugged I spent my time doin the quest then put in the key and it’s still locked got nothing from it now I can’t get the quest again WTF SORT IT OUT !!!!!

2 AntwortenSame for me, how frustrating. Inserted the black armory key from the bergusia forge and the box won't unlock (checkbox remains unticked). Ada gives nothing...

Same problem everyone else is having. Did the key mold and the forge and received the black armory key. Inserted it and nothing happened. This is so frustrating I'm kinda pissed I got back into this broke ass game.

Inserting the Black Armory key does nothing. Thanks bungie. don't make us wait another week. or just give us silver tbh i'd be fine with that. Taking an entire month to fix a bug and then not even properly fixing it is just honestly unacceptable. Love destiny and love bungie but come on. this is getting out of hand.

5 AntwortenIt’s no surprise it’s still not fixed. Typical bungie expect people to dump money into their game and not fix anything wrong with it. It’s one of the main reasons I did not buy shadowkeep. Too many times in destiny 2 now they expect people to pay for crap updates and dlc, and now “seasons” which don’t give you jack crap but what we use to get for free. And bring back things that were originally in D1 and have very little new content. There is a huge list of issues they are having with the shadowkeep update and ongoing issues that have never been fixed since D2 came out. Again as long as people keep dumping money into Destiny 1....... I mean Destiny 2 they won’t fix anything. Still don’t understand why bungie won’t just come out and say they are making people pay for destiny 1 again just putting a new skin on it.

i cannot use the keys at all!! i got bith the hand key and the fishhook key but when i used them nothing happened to the box. the checkboxes for both the keys were still empty. i got the hand key twice and neither one worked

Lost my service by not fixing a very annoying bug over the course of a month! 100s of ppl complaining & 4 chances to fix their mistake. Lazy ass dev

Same thing man like I really want to get this weapon and its just been a main in the ass to not be able to get the last key. It's like the thing is taunting you and its like your so close to getting it.
