Steam Input supports hundreds of controllers and allows virtually any controller to be used on any game. This works by emulating XInput or keyboard and mouse inputs. Currently, Destiny 2 blocks emulated XInput meaning you have to disable Steam Input in order to use a controller on Destiny 2.
This sucks for us Steam Controller user but for those that want to use their existing controllers as well. Please fix whatever is causing this issue. No other game has a problem with the XInput sent by Steam Input.

4 AntwortenYou might get more traction with this (and be seen by the right devs) by editing the tags in the post to #FeedbackD2 tag under the Destiny2 primary tag instead of #help. Help is more for tech issues, wherein this is more of a feature request. BTW: emulatintg keyboard and mouse inputs would not work for destiny as controllers get aim assist, MnK do not. So you would be at an extreme disadvantage doing so.
