I had pre-ordered Shadowkeep a month ago on the Steam marketplace; and at the same time made a Cross Save from Xbox to PC on Bungie.net. I pre-loaded it on Steam when it became available to do so and installed it today and when I went in to play instead of showing my characters for my cross save it was empty. So I went to bungie.net to see what went wrong and I saw that I needed to re-do it, making them my main selection for cross save. So I did. Went onto Steam with my Xbox characters selected, logged in and the season was not unlocked. It is asking me to purchase it for silver. I have everything available that I should from pre-order, but for some reason it did not give me the season of undying. I would like to know who I need to speak with to get this sorted out and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
