I’ve been doing strikes all day for imperials and to finally wrap up the wendigo quest but I’ve found that I get the same strikes over and over again (Broodhold, the corrupted and Exodus Crash being the most common) which doesn’t make for great gameplay when I have to keep playing the same strikes over and over again. Does anyone else experience this or do you usually get a diverse strike playlist?

Like another person commented, I tend to check to see if things like heavyweight are on, which usually makes them faster and somewhat more enjoyable, or just break it up into sessions if things like The Corrupted appeared a few times in a row.

1 AntwortenBearbeitet von Sweet Lew 88: 9/28/2019 6:51:34 PMYeah, it's been that way since destiny 1. I try not to grind stuff in long stretches. Break it up with stuff you like. I think some strikes go in and out of the play list depending on what burns are being used that week.

1 AntwortenThere should be a voting option to pick the strike you want in the heroic playlist

1 AntwortenPeople actually do strikes still?

In D1 I could run strikes for hours, the vanguard booster and Vanguard streak , plus Skeleton Keys and TOC made it worth my time In D2 I only run has many strikes has I absolutely need to for a bounty or quest, they have there moments but nowhere near has rewarding or fun has D1.

3 AntwortenA diverse playlist Jesus give me the strength All the strikes... in time become tedious and repetitive. Everything in life becomes tedious and repetitive in time... What is your point?

1 AntwortenNo rotation at all, more like a confused blonde at a flashing red light
-
so are forges the whole game is repetitive
-
I back out of any strike on the tangled shore, exodus, the corrupted, and insight terminus. These strikes are so repetitive and not fun to play at all
-
Yeah they're the same as yesterday and the day before. Been the same since last year too. On another note I got emerald Coast in gambit around 7 times in a row. I'd have to check to be more specific but it seemed like I was there all night.

Yes. In my experience, strikes are usually biased to the only two that exist in the game apparently - Hollowed Lair & The Corrupted.
-
Same with crucible maps

1 AntwortenI miss the "choose you own adventure" books from the 80's.
-
Wouldn’t so bad if they had the strike exclusives like D1.
-
4 AntwortenYes, I get the Mars strikes over and over again.

They are on a daily rotation.
-
Yeah, on any given day I’m usually limited to three or four maps for most of the session. My iPhone “Shuffle” works even worse.
-
The strike playlist of D2 has been consistently horrible and not worth the trouble. It ashame because I use to love the playlist in D1.
-
I would put it is it worth the time playing strikes because there is nothing new to get out of them nothing worth the time or grind
-
3 AntwortenWell there's the root of your problem, you said you were playing strikes ALL DAY. Do anything all day, doesn't matter what it is, and it will feel boring and repetitive.
-
the game needs the skellington keys back tbh and strike specific loot that does not come from a nightfall.
-
11 AntwortenSucks too cause D1 strikes were my favorite activity tbh
