Make Xur sell One-Eyed Mask EVERY week.
I played in a lobby with only 8/12 being titans and only 7/8 of them were using OEM. Clearly the 8th guy missed it. You must ensure this doesn't happen again. We all enjoy playing against a team of 6 titans with OEM. Being marked for vengeance is fun...
edit: But the real fun begins when you get 2-tapped by Ace of Spades 10 times in a row by those titans. Oh yes!

PC problem i guess, on console its nothing but bunny hopping Hunters abusing the narrow FOV and slower turn speeds we have.

I think the Mark of vengeance should only apply if the titan is alive. I always hated how if you kill a OEM titan, you still get marked.
