I'm on console. It's fine here too. They have the same hip fire accuracy as they do on PC.

Lmao. But the dexterity of a mouse is infinite better than a thumb stick. Hush sucks on console. Absolutely no one uses it. When was the last time you ran into someone using it besides yourself?

The added sensitivity when hip firing is annoying at first, but it's easy to get used to. That's also the only real downside. It has great hip fire accuracy, and it's even better with a freehand grip mod. The lack of zoom only matters at super long ranges. I think the problem is more that bows in general suck. They do crap damage and have no use over something like a pulse rifle. Hush is actually one of the best bows in the game. I haven't seen anyone use it lately, but I haven't seen anyone use any bow lately.

This is exactly my point. Hush is the best bow in the game, but why would I waste my energy slot on Hush, much less a bow when I can use recluse, or kindled orchid or literally anything that’s decent in the energy slot. It’s just not worth the downgrade. And the only time bows are being used, is to go for Hush. Hush isn’t even used in its own playlist which is sad. On console, hipfiring bows is extremely bad. Only at close range do u even have a chance of hitting the shot in crucible.

The only time Hush sucks is against Vex. Any other scenario and it’s a good damn bow.

For a bow, it’s awesome. But for usability on console versus any other weapon type it’s pathetic. Landing hipfire shots is a disaster. Recluse is just infinitely better as an energy pinnacle. Hush just isn’t to great on console. That’s why no one uses it. At all. When was the last time u were killed by a hush bow in crucible?

People scarcely use bows in general in the Crucible. Not to mention Crucible isn’t exactly the entire game. Slap a hip-fire grip on Hush and it’s one of the best bows in the game in all cases outside of Vex enemies.

The only time a bow is even used in gambit is to go for the hush. Not even hush is used in its own gametype. Why would I waste the energy slot on hush when I can use recluse, or kindled orchid. It’s just not worth it as a pinnacle. Same thing goes for Oxygen but that’s a different story

Sure. Hush’s perk is raved about daily, by millions. This is the only post about Hush in how long? I used mine for about a half of day when I finally got it. Then it sat in the vault until I broke it down. Sorry. That’s just the norm for the bow

There’s nothing to research. Ignoring usage against the Vex, I’ve had nothing but exceptional results with Hush. It’s one of the best bows out there. It’s just that bad bow users will simply write it off as garbage, when that couldn’t be further from the truth.

I’m not talking trash at all. It’s the best bow in the game, however the quest to get it just isn’t worth the reward. Hush is rarely used on console in both PvP and PvE. In all my 400 crucible matches played in season 7 I have ran into hush 1 time. And in all my gambit matches (around 150 or so) I have seen it also 1 time. It’s not that it isn’t bad, it’s just not up to par with everything else. Bows just aren’t in a good spot, even the best bow isn’t used. Recluse just does the job better, and with infinitely less effort.
