Many thanks again. One more thing. If the cross save mistake was made after the 22nd will it not be sorted for those players? Just wandering because if this is the case a lot of people will miss out on shadowkeep.
Many thanks again!

Sadly, as the information on the Silver lockout was made available on the same page that the Cross-Save is initiated, making it readily and easily viewable, and a user still intentionally and with purpose set up cross-save, then they were making an informed choice. So with that, it doesn't fall under the current effort of the Bungie teams to assist people in fixing the situation. It doesn't mean Bungie will or won't fix it, but it just doesn't count for the current announcement of what's being fixed, so I can't really give an answer as far as your question goes, because that information isn't available. As far as missing out on Shadowkeep. If Bungie chooses not to fix the issue of people who did have the information, they won't really miss out, they just won't be able to use the characters that they want (and should have chosen) with cross-save until the time limits are up. They'll have to wait out the lock-outs to enable cross-save properly. If Bungie does decide to continue on and fix things for those people that made the informed choice of the wrong characters, then everything will be good to go.
