I know others have had this bug but I have not seen any fix or work around for it. When I go to the Tribute Hall with the character that has the Invitation from the Emperor Quest Step I cannot place the flag to open the doors. The quest step says [i]"Offer up the tribute at an appropriate place for display within the Tribute Hall"[/i]. I also have the Golden Hero quest for both my characters, which is on the 3 Tributes step. I believe what is causing this is since I got the flag before the cheese bug fix, but didn't place it, I am now being stopped by the game.
