If you're curious, I still linger in the forums because I'm curious to see where the game goes in the future. I came back when Bungie announced that the contract with Activision had been cancelled, expecting Bungie to become... Well, more like an indie studio, really. I thought they'd become more transparent, that they'd change their approach toward game design to make a game that's overall better as a way to build trust and goodwill within the community, and that they'd start treating their consumers with more respect overall. Clearly, that didn't happen, but I ended up staying on the forums more out of morbid curiosity than anything else, really. That, and the fact that Bungie being a technically "indie" studio focusing more on their cash shop than the rest of the game sets a dangerous precedent, and I want to monitor what happens with this game so I can look out and not buy future Indie games that follow in Bungie's footsteps.
