I have completed the steps that i know of for the Malfeasance quest to drop, defeating the Survitor boss in Gambit. I have done this twice once with a full pursuit tab. Since the quest has not dropped is there something that i am missing? I have checked both my postmaster since killing the boss and both Gambit tabs and havent seen it there either.
