Sulfide of Heros concerns
before the new event begins, I was banned from competitive activities permanently due to bad internet connections. I'm just seeing if possible it can be overturned for the event. Sadly due to my location my internet will still be bad so none of the hot fixes worked.

Account restrictions and bans are only done in extreme cases; if actions were taken against your account, then it was with reason. There is no logic to your request. You should’ve thought about this after your 1st & 2nd restriction for bad connection.
