The forums need more options in the filter.
Something like the Xbox LFG where you can put a #lumina for example. Being able to search #tags would make it a lot easier to find what you are looking for. It would be very helpful to have recent #tags, popular #tags etc....
I personally go to YouTube for most info in the game. I only come here to find what the next NERF/buff might be, or to see if something is getting fixed like how machine gun reserves got removed from bonds, marks and cloaks somehow.
I also think if anyone continues to comment on another players thoughts, but reply’s with the same thing to each person every time needs stopped. Such as something to the effect of cabal on mars and taking out something or other is so annoying!
They need a warning ⚠️ or time out of some kind.
As far as community engagement:
If you could have a section for Exotics, game modes, gameplay etc., where we could post our thoughts and hope they don’t just get tossed under the table that would be so awesome! A place we at least hope you might see it/respond. Below is unrelated but feel free to read it anyway.
This is probably a long shot but do you have any plans to rework Sentry Armor for Gambit Prime? I know you can’t possibly respond to everyone so don’t feel you need to reply to this. Gambit is my favorite game mode but there is an armor set (Sentry) collecting dust in our vaults. I just want a reason to use it over the other 3 options. I put a link to my post above if you care to see it.

I feel like Sentry is in a pretty good spot. Marking invaders is cash money
-
It’s not balanced or even equal to the other 3 options. Safe and sound is the only perk you actually use 2-3 times a match beyond that though, very useless. Marking Invaders needs rewarded, more often than not marking them gets you killed. It’s better to just end the Invader than mark them.
-
Yeah, but if you peck them with a scout or sniper bodyshot, their wallhacks advantage is instantly nullified. Sentry is strong Because invader is strong. I think that's the point If you hang out at the bank, constantly strafing over it continues to regen health. Pretty good if you ask me
-
Can you honestly say Light of the Defender works? How about umbral strike that clears after 1 hit to a blocker from a kinetic weapon? If these work for you fine, but you don’t understand how much better it is be one of the other 3 options.
-
Look, it's up to you to use the tools that are given to you. Nothing on any other role has anything to help an invader or kill blockers. Collector, for instance, is 100% useless after Primeval spawns. I would hope that can be adjusted before anything else. Don't pop a blocker with Primary ammo to get rid of Umbral strike. Make it a Loaded Question shot or a Mountaintop shot or something. I do agree Light of the Defender could use a little rework, but marking invaders is very, very strong. It upends the entire invader dynamic and you can really catch them with their pants down, they don't expect you to prefire them the way they try to prefire you.
-
Here is a terrible suggestion, lock the Collectors heavy ammo until the Primeval spawns. Now they would be the one Collecting heavy for the boss, problem solved! Bungie this is sarcasm please never do this!!!!!!
-
Oof. That would just be mean 😭
-
Reaper and Collector are made to spawn the Primeval, they don’t need to do anything afterwards.
-
Reaper still gets Major Rewards and Pinatã for extra special ammo drops and quick envoy kills. Invader invades, sentry counters invaders. Collectors can do... absolutely nothing... and I'm saying this as a sentry main
-
Finally you’ve made some valid points, now I agree with Collector not working once the Primeval spawns. There could always be Tier 4 Reckoning with one more perk for each of the 4 roles that you can obtain when armor 2.0 comes out with Shadowkeep. Who knows!

I wonder if they would ever do a Gambit Prime Season 2 with a full new set of perks per class? Just spitballing here: Invader Season 2 3: Thread the Needle Precision kills while invading drain one mote from the enemy bank 6: Focus Fire Aiming down sights for a short time reduces flinch while invading 10: Ruthless Scoundrel Each kill while invading grants a damage buff that persists for the rest of the invade 15: Break the Rules Invader alarm is delayed for 5 seconds or until the first kill. Drifter won't pull you out until your 5th kill Sentry Season 2: 3: Bouncer Take less damage from blockers (~10%). Blockers flinch you less. 6: Right On Time When other players bank right after you kill the last blocker, both you and the banker get special ammo 10: Stay Home Next Time Blockers explode on death. 15: Hold The Line When close to the bank, three enemy blockers are required to drain your motes. Two are required to lock the bank. The bank will open if there is a single blocker and you are nearby. Bank still locks on S1 invade level 15 Collector Season 2: (though I think this completely outclasses season 1, which is not the point) 3: Featherfoot Picking up 3 motes increases mobility and sprint speed. 6: Diverse Investments Spawning a different blocker than your last blocker enhances the new blocker. 10: Share the Wealth Picking up 3 ammo bricks quickly adds ammo to your teammates reserves. 15: Compounding Can carry up to 20 motes to summon Giant blockers. Picking up 5 motes grants a 6th mote. Reaper Season 2: 3: Light Brings Dark Chance to spawn additional minors on each wave for extra motes. 6: Touch, Don't Look Motes you create have an increased pickup radius 10: Prime Time Killing a major with one weapon empowers your other weapons 15: Whirlwind Rapidly killing enemies has a chance to grant heavy ammo.

No, no no no no no.... I want what we have fixed not new content.
-
If you’re a bank sitter then stay out of Gambit Prime. A true Sentry would hunt Invaders without question not the other way around.
-
Bank is home base my man. A good scout or sniper does a Sentry good. If I have a good hunch I'll shotgun rush but if it's something like Nessus I need some range. That's why I love scouts in gambit. Chain some headshots for Umbral Strike and simply turn around for Blocker Pound Town. Hold on, I'm gonna put my sentry stuff on my titan if you want to look
-
Not everyone is a Titan who can just shoulder charge something to get rid of it.

Bearbeitet von TheYesAndTheYall: 7/10/2019 9:26:59 PMHeh, funny thing is that a peregrine Melting Point instantly kills a High Value Target and
An entire Thundercrash super leaves them with 1/3 of their health left
But hey what can you do. I'm thinking to get invader gear on my Hunter, already have it on Warlock. Don't think I'll get other sets on them though that's a lot of work

Okay...? I think insurmountable skullfort with ballistic slam completely makes up for it anyways
