Hello, According to the description this perk: "Reduces all ability cooldowns each time you pick up an Orb of Light." From what I can see it only reduces the super cooldown... the rest of abilities are unaffected in forsaken and Season of the forge this used to work as the tool tip described. Please let me know if this is a bug or it is working as intended. Thanks
