Just wanted to stop by and say, Thank god Luna's & NF aren't seeming to be around as much as they were.

4 AntwortenI actually like my lunas more now then i did. Didn't even like it before the nerf...I think the slowed down rate of fire helps me pace my shots better.

14 AntwortenI noticed that too. I'm okay with that. And no, I don't mind the current meta at all. The thing with fusion rifles is that anyone can get the best one's. Unlike LH/NF, where only the hard core could get them.

It’s not going anywhere and these weapons weren’t nerfed hard enough. The reason you see less of it isn’t because “they took insane skill to use”. You see less if it because you can no longer transition 2 taps into unsuspecting players, so their unfair kill potential has dropped dramatically. It’s still a 180 animation at 150 rpm so on console it’s still by far the best console weapon in the game. It’s all pretty ironic when you boil it down. Bad players think the good weapon was ruined, good players refuse to transition away from a weapon that is still too dominant. Classic Destiny.

Yeah not it’s just austringer and last word. Not really much of an upgrade to be honest. However it is pretty nice using this “absolute trash” of a weapon aka luna’s and doing pretty good with it.

11 AntwortenThey are both still the best handcannons on console for PvP. The reason nobody uses them as much anymore is because they aren't cheesing the enemy out of gun fights anymore. They are both still really good guns guys, the general change to 150 made them a better all around weapon that's less reliant on a perk for fast ttk. And with virtually no recoil, you have a near guaranteed chance to get the kill at optimal speeds. I'd say if they ever nerfed fusions (which they possibly could, but only the high impact please...) and then Lord of wolves goes to hell, we will see a resurgence of them. It won't be as annoying, but I see them coming back regardless.
