Hello! Um, I have been having this issue since the new annual pass penumbra update. My issue is that even though my friend is actually on the game as he has shown me through our Discord calls on my friends list it shows him as being "In App". He always has his appearance as "Online" never as "Appear Offline" so that could not be the case. It would be greatly appreciated if somebody could help troubleshoot this issue as me and my friend are just trying to have fun. Thanks in advance!
