Why is the outbreak not drop when you finish the qust

Hi there. If you use a secondary character you won't receive the weapon until we can issue a potential fix.

I havent had any issues with it dropping. I helped 3 others get one and no issues. You are killing all the ads and boss and the clock stops? Maybe do a hard restart on console? That sucks for you, at least you are skilled enough to beat it and try again.
