Thank you for compiling the data and summarizing the archtypes. I really want to use scouts but they are just so outclassed by everything else in PvP and PvE it is very difficult to not make a different choice.

No problem! Your thanks are greatly appreciated. As a fellow Scout user, I know exactly where you're coming from. I've been trying to get my hands on Transfiguration with Rampage and Kill Clip for PvE or No Feelings with Box Breathing for PvP, but RNG has not been kind and I haven't had a drop of either Scout in at least 6 weeks.

Put a Major Spec on it and you'd be able to take a decent chunk out of them on the first shot. On that front, though, I think that's where Oxygen SR3 really excels. If there are a couple of basic enemies near the Major, a 2x or 3x Meganeura explosion will work wonders against it. The damage from the amped-up Dragonfly really is something to behold when the right circumstances present themselves.

I used scout rifles many moons ago, now there are much better options. The scouts were nerfed way to hard and never brought back to where they need to be to become a viable option imo. Thanks for this post!!!
