Hi. Thanks for the report. What region are you located in? What brand is your router/modem? Do you receive this error on every character? Do you use a wired or WiFi connection? Would you happen to have another Xbox that you could attempt to test? Would it be possible for you to take your Xbox to another location and use that location's internet to attempt to connect?

I'm wired and no I dont have another xbox to use. And the only person I'd be able to use has a worse connection than I do.

If that doesn't work, you may want to uninstall the game, [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539]clear your console cache[/url], then reinstall the game.

  • Alright. Can you reset your Xbox by holding the power button on your console for 10 seconds after it shuts off, then wait 20 seconds before turning it back on? What happens then?

Still didnt work.

I've cleaned my disk many times, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times now. And yes I've cleaned my cache many times. When I said I've tried everything. I've literally tried everything

Also run a network test here by using this site: http://pcm-intl.speedtestcustom.com/ And post a link to your results. What is the make/model of your router? What is the make/model of your modem? What type of cables are you using to connect to your router?

Where it says connecting in the bottom right hand corner

I can run other games. Just not destiny

If so that might be where your problem lies, I had some problems with another person who had them before and it was because their upload speeds with consoles and that provider were abysmal ... What did the results SHOW on your network test on the actual console.
