I NEVER THOUGHT THIS DAY WOULD COME
Thank you for actually listening to your community and tuning the LH and NF. These weapons were a monumental problem in crucible and I am completely satisfied with the planned changes. Its enough to impact it's potency in crucible without completely killing it. I applaud you for this. Definitely worth the wait. I cannot wait to see how your beautiful PvP mode will be improved after these changes.
My faith is restored.

4 AntwortenI have reset 2 times my valor rank trying to get recluse.. im on my way to a 3rd reset of valor. I have been stucked in Heroic 2 and 3 for almost a week. Playing solo aint easy.

You will continue to be pub stumped in Crucible. Wanna know why? Becuase the people that achieved NF/LH will find the next most effective loadout and keep pub stumping you. It doesn't matter how much you think of yourself. They achieved the guns by getting good. You achieved a nerf by crying, so... it is quite obvious what will happen next. A new meta will be discovered. Then everyone will cry about it. Then it will be nerfed. Then a new meta will arise. Then you will cry again. Then they will nerf that. Then there will be a new meta. Then you'll cry and cry. Then they'll nerf that. Then a new met-... 😀 Congratulations.

Bro you think they were a problem the people who have them were using them for fun and keeping ohks out of a slot good luck being mapped with ohks now ie telesto return or joutunn because believe me the people at legend will use those weapons better than other players...people never think of the repercussions of their crying until it's to late.

its a complete kick in the balls to everyone who put a lot of hrs into getting the weapons and its a bit unfair. if anything the should have changed LH and kept NF the same. its a pinnacle weapon its meant to better than normal weapons from the loot pool. if you don't like getting killed by it then just try and get the weapon at least. its meant to be good!! i can see why people want it nerfed but it isn't the way. The 2 taps yeah that needs to be nerfed for sure but I feel like there butchering the gun for want. Bygones has the same ttk as LH and NF, AoS can 2 taps if you know how to use it. As soon as they nerf these weapons everyone is going to go to the next meta what will probably be (AoS, TLW , Bygones, Blast furnace and recluse) and so on. It's just shit that it came to this but Bungie also needs to stop putting weapons like these on for multiple seasons. How long till the community start -blam!- about that, like give it 2 months till recluse gets nerfed. Maybe if they gave certain weapons a small buff we could keep everyone happy here😢.

You must not understand what their doing then. Magnificent howl should not be changed its high risk high reward and completely nuters those weapons for only doing body shot damage. It heavily goes against its intrinsic

2 AntwortenOh my sweet flower child. You don’t realize this, but lowering it to 150 rpm while keeping it a precision handcannon will only increase its range and impact damage. It will actually kill you faster than before, at longer ranges

7 AntwortenEvery crucible pinnacle weapon should be like mountaintop, unique but not meta defining. Maybe gimmicky in a way. Making them top tier ruins QP and drops the playerbase down considerably. People will argue "just go get the weapon if you are complaining so much!" which that answer is the dumbest response you can make. Requiring players to get a weapon in competitive just to be able to compete with other players using the same weapon you are going for not only completely defeats the purpose of a looter shooter but also adds a unspoken barrier of entry for CASUAL PvP. Its an issue that just got worse and worse and worse as time goes on. Only PC right now is in the best state simply because its extremely difficult to get luna/NF to proc on there because people love spam hopping and all other HCs are accurate enough to be competitive. HOWEVER! Console players after the NF/Luna nerf will likely figure out the new scumbag strat that the elitists on PvP are doing now. Bum rushing the enemy spawn with recluse and spawn killing them in a recluse chain because that gun is stupid after you get master of arms proc'd, so much so as your spawning you don't have time to whip your aim towards the spawn killer before you are basically instant gibbed. Gotta say, not fun when all you did was die across the map in a teamfight just to die in your spawn without being able to fight back 3-4 times.

If bungie listened to the community we would not have cores anymore, and we would be enjoying sparrow racing ><

They are seeing potential revenue hemorrhaging before their very eyes and want to announce this change like some sort of savior. 8 months people, they never gave a shit about you dealing with these guns. Now with the community dwindling and a dlc coming soon they are scrounging for ideas to get players back. They can go **** themselves. Admit you never cared, you are just doing for money. Take responsibilty for your poor decision to favor streamers over your base audience. I'm glad for the change but lets not fool ourselves into thinking bungie is doing this for our sake.

43 AntwortenYou obviously don’t have the weapon and obviously don’t know that they require skill to gain effectiveness or else, you are at a disadvantage. In other words, if you can’t hit 3 headshot without missing, you might as well use a service revolver or trust because there far much more range on the latter two. If you think that the gun is op, it is because you are either trash at the game or just run into skilled players who have the gun. Don’t take away countless hours of peoples’ hard invested time just because you are frustrated by skilled players.

It’s gonna get worse bud. Erentil is 100x worse then Luna’s and since Luna’s is gonna be garbage every sweaty player is gonna switch to erentil and service revolver which is literally gonna to make crucible hell.

I have over 8k kills with NF, this nerf will not change the meta in the slightest. I know Damn well, that I'll still use my NF because it'll still be the best hand cannon in the game. Until they buff 140s and 150s by removing bloom, increasing Range and reducing recoil, Luna/NF will continue to be the most dominant handcannons. You ppl that wanted the NF nerfed so bad mainly because they can't get it themselves,now will have to live with a nerfed Lunas howl... LuL. That plan backfired. 😂

It won’t be improved at all... is that brain of yours really that small? All this “nerf” does is prevent 2 taps, it still 3 taps literally a split second slower. They’re still going to be at the top, and you’re still going to get outgunned with ease.

2 Antworteni enjoyed using lunas since season 4. i left the game a month ago or so because using the same loadout got stale and the game is trash. Borderlands 2 had holiday themed weapons and enemies in their holiday dlcs. d2 cant even give us that instead it gives us reskins. This nerf kinda makes me laugh not because its detrimental but because the 2 tap thing wasnt as common. the body shot requirement to 3 tap is how everyone did it anyways. slower fire rate will let some people have an easier time with headshots instead of spam shooting. im just laughing because a couple of morons from my old clan just got theirs and they wont even enjoy it lmao. feel bad for those of you who despise the nerf but being someone who's been around to see my vex mythocladt nerfed i think i know a thing or two about enjoying a gun while it lasts. Needless to say if you haven't considered uninstalling this game if it makes you this upset then idk what to tell ya. i had to log on this trash website one last time just because of the fireworks show its currently having 😂

I love my luna. But i do agree a change needs to be made. I actually like 150s.
