Sick of This Game AGAIN
After taking a good few months break I have come back to more of the same reason I got fed up in the first place, the locking of content behind your shit excuse of a crucible that is the worst player vs player experience of any current generation AAA game using netcode that was better in the 90's and p2p networking that renders anything competitive about it a joke, simply should not exist in its current form, some players only like the PVE aspect of the game and have NO fun whatsoever in the PVP side of the game.. all that awaits this kind of player is frustration and logging out, and more bugs causing otherwise achievable triumphs (more specifically Revelry Orb's) only now being generated in quickplay pvp...
Do you really expect people who don't partake in pvp given the choice to generate 200 precision kills in a reasonable amount of time. If precision kills were spawning prime engrams as a bug you would have that fixed within hours?
Finding it really hard to keep playing when I look at Bungie's attitude towards the player base that just wants to play the game as it was intended without constantly having to read articles on a week to week basis regarding bugs that rarely or never get fixed and as a result hampers their ability to get limited time items due the incompatance of the development team to release a stable update for once in the games lifespan.
Hope this feedback gets to where it needs to go.

Go download the division 2 you'll actually feel like you get somewhere when you play that game. this game just feels like a phucking black hole that drains your soul and time. division 2 has some problems right now but at least the devs are updating the game frequently.

25 AntwortenSo you're getting mad at the ONE PvP triumph for an event that affects the whole game? Its not even difficult dude. 200 orbs with supers just in QP is fast. Using a masterworked gun helps too ya know. I generated most of my orbs from that actually. Another thing, Bungie doesn't force PvP on you. Don't like it? Don't play it, simple as that. You can manage easily without the few Tier 1 powerful gear drops. If you dont like PvP then you definitely have no need for the PvP pinnacle weapons, go get the Gambit and Vanguard ones. All you're going to miss out on are a few guns designed for PvP (the exotics from PvP quests are trash in PvE big surprise) and a little bit of extra loot and some triumphs. Most the stuff in this game is PvE so I don't get why you're freaking out.

P2P is cheaper, and this game sells millions of copies. So that won't change. Totally agree though. It's the worst PvP expirence available and has been for 5 years. There's indie games that do this better. Also, they are completely stuck in their mindset that these super slow killing weapons, with really long TTKs is how you make "skill" matter. Which is completely not working, and hasn't for years. The core problem with the crucible from a weapon balance point of view is that primary weapons have NEVER EVER KILLED FAST ENOUGH. Which is why there's been thousands of special weapon, and heavy weapon nerfs, and when that didn't work they just start removing the ammo.

12 AntwortenIf you want things in the game you have to play all aspects of the game. I hate crucible I'm terrible at it but a few weeks ago reset my valor 5 times in the same week got redrix. Next week made it to 2100 got the recluse and Luna. Why did I do it because I have achieved everything in pve the mode I prefer. But I'm a gamer who likes to earn shit so my shitty has k/d means nothing to me. But I got those Crucible weapons and no one can take that shit away

If you have Jade Rabbit, you can complete that triumph friend. My clan mate isn't fond of PvP but is now more than halfway done with it. I myself finished it cause I am really good getting headshots with my lunas ans my bygones- and of course... my Talons of the Eagle. Just do not go into pvp with a rage attitude. If it makes you feel better, I lightweight rage against Jotuuns..... Even when I dodge them behind walls - like a good 8 or 10 meters left or right they still get me.

The Thorn quest got it right, in the early stages, for example Complete step 1 by completing a. PvE or b. PvP. Let people choose a PvE or a PvP path. -
5 AntwortenIt’s a triumph, it’s optional. It doesn’t even give triumph score so I don’t know what forces you to complete it. It’s also literally the only triumph of the event that requires PvP, if I’m not mistaken.

2 AntwortenYea Bungie mishandled this but the feedback is rather harsh for a triumph. Many players, myself included, play mostly for the crucible but don't complain about the pve side. Not to say that pve is bad.

5 AntwortenYou're getting *this* upset over a single triumph? Really? I mean, I get that a few exotics require you to do PvP stuff, but they're all virtually useless PvE wise, and the PvP requirements are rather light. The majority of quest based exotics have PvP players in activities they find mind numbingly boring, like strikes, forges, or even lost sectors.
