This crucible is awful. Anybody else just hate it?

You are just awful

Agree, meta is too small not enough to compete with each other.

4 AntwortenQP is Fooking horrible , 2 ppl on one team destroying rest where almost nobody breaks more than 1,2 Being pumb stomped or stomping others in 2 hours of my play had one meaby TWO good matches where ppl do not left matches. As popuation gets smaller only sweats will remain coz all avrgs and below will not want to be just farming material for them AND that way those ass fooking sweats will play only with themselves WITHOUT sbmm being introduced , we will see how long before they starting to whine! SBMM need to be introduced that way MAJORITY of player base can enjoy the game not only top 25% and if you live in less populated area you will have lags no matter WITH or WITHOUT sbmm sooner or later , im living in EU and i can EASLY fire up Destiny 1 PvP and still find good lobbies to play so cut the crap SBMM is not the problem, problem is EGO of those sweaty ass players coz they dont want to loose. I tell you all something nobody telling them to sweat in current PvP but they CHOOSE to do so ,avrgs can loose if match is fun those "tryhards" constantly need to prove something and want have much easier opponents to just farm ppl and that way they scare off avrgs from matches. I saw one post from one moderator from Discord , he EXACTLY said that ppl dont even know and talk to each other they just team up to STOMP in QP. All that crap talking "i cant play with my lower skilled friend" as for today WITHOUT sbmm is no different than WITH sbmm all this is fooking BS ,in D1 when someone in group was better we promote the guy who was just in the middle with skill and that way everyone had fun so how is that different that what we have now??? BS! PvP is HORRIBLE and what we have now is just SHIET SHOW.

Says the guys who barley plays

1 AntwortenGambit is worse.

They don’t care about feedback
-
From attempts at communicating to teammates through messages, I can tell you a good deal of the players are there for quests and powerful engrams. They have no intention to attempt to gain objectives, help teammates, or win. They simply don’t care about crucible but they have to play it. Not good, Bungie.

The more I read into it, the less it seems like an enjoyable pvp experience. Yet, here we are, still as hooked as ever. But never get too invested into it. It's all old news for most, but I just read an article about aim assist in the pc version. If you use a gamepad on a pc, you get a large aim assist. This is to counter for the lower precision that a gamepad has, when compared to keyboard amd mouse. This is ok in my mind. The problem comes with some peripherals that the consoles have. There are peripherals that allow you to use mouse and keyboard on a console. However, if you plug those into a pc, the game is tricked into thinking you are using a gamepad. In effect, you get the precision and accuracy of a keyboard and mouse, with the aim assist of a gamepad - legal aimbotting. And there's nothing Bungie can really do about it, except to remove any sort of "competitiveness" from pvp activities that would be ruined by this. Their response? Put in quests that rely on you being competitive to progress. It's all bass-ackwards. So we have - -horribly exploitable p2p connection. -horribly exploitable peripherals. -horribly unbalanced map spawns. -horribly unbalanced weapons. -horribly unbalanced matchmaking. -horribly "unfair" quest requirements. -GAMEPLAY THAT MAKES YOU IGNORE THE WARTS AND KEEP COMING BACK. It boggles the mind, but we ready up again.

6 AntwortenAnybody who says theres nothing wrong with pvp go look at my most recent match on deadcliffs then look at their loadouts then realize i play these same guys every day a few times a day. This shit is a joke
-
Nah i enjoy it quite a bit actually
-
I played six games of comp I think today; someone quit in all but one of them, that's the biggest issue. Oh, and one game I loaded in 3v4; that always makes for a quality game.

Go into competitive? I find competitive less sweaty than Quickplay. Then again, I'm not playing near 4k+ so I can't exactly say
-
Loving it
-
it was fun but revelry ruined it

4 AntwortenI actually quite enjoy it for the most part. One thing that i do actually hate is team balancing and matchmaking as a whole. If i'm running solo i get matched against stacks all the time whereas if i'm running stacked we mostly encounter solos. Not only that but the team balancing in a lobby full of solos seems completely off, i had several matches yesterday where i dropped 40+ elims and still lost dues to the difference between me and the rest of my team, i feel like if you are a good player the team balancing really tries to anchor you with inexperienced players, and sorry if i'm sounding elitist but what i mean to say is that players with 2000 elo and people with 600 elo should not be in the same lobbies, just isn't fair on anyone.

5 AntwortenIt's fun. It's even more fun when I destroy the people who complain about the Crucible being trash. But, it has it's issues, I won't deny that.
-
I didn't even play a single match of Mayhem this past week- and that's my FAVORITE mode. Yes, obviously, I have given up on Crucible, so grinding for 'god roll' crucible weapons is pointless for me now. I'm definitely enjoying a much needed break from the game. I hope the next season brings something fun to the table!

15 AntwortenBearbeitet von blade329: 4/16/2019 9:42:57 PMI have a lot of problems with this mode. It's nowhere near as fun as Destiny 1 PvP. It's a lagfest, dull maps, terrible grenades, inconsistent, lack of choices, choppy/ugly graphics, poor map design, and the worst spawn points I have seen since the old days of CoD.
-
I meean, I like playing it, but thats apparently just me
-
Horrible crucible made even worse by enabling cheating, massively lagging squads to gang up on solos, now with infinite grenades. If it weren't for bounties and quests that force me to, I wouldn't ever touch crucible outside IB.
-
If they had dedicated servers instead of this asinine P2P setup it would be tolerable.

5 AntwortenBUMP. Remove pvp
-
Don't worry, big name streamers are on the case. Sure everything they've asked for and gotten so far has turned out to suck and drive everyone else away, but they've got it figured out now. The answer is to just remove pinnacle weapons from QP! That will solve everything and definitely won't be the same shitty old pub-stomping nightmare with whatever the new meta becomes. Yay!
-
Once you hit your personal peak COMP can get rough. I am hovering around 3000 and can not break through. Quickplay is still a fun place to mess around. The crème de la crème is Iron Banner IMO. Just enough sweat with a bit of chaos mixed in. Looking forward to getting max level gear during the next event.
-
Can't agree, I spend a majority of my time there after I'm done with all the PvE quest and items. I wouldn't even load this game up if it only had PvE.

1 AntwortenNot whole Crucible, but Mountaintop grind sucks!
