What about a separate exotic called the warden's gauntlets, that would add a slowing effect inside the bubble and ability suppression so that if you catch someone with the bubble and they run outside of it they're still going to be slow down for a couple seconds

That may work, slow may be a bit overkill, but maybe not, who knows?

I'm just trying to think of something that would give it a little bit more Crucible help, for whenever you just want to like pound somebody with your bubble instead of having the dude just dodge out of it and wait till it goes away before they blast you with a shotgun.
