For the love of all that is good in the world, if you are doing any activity that requires comms, pick another time to enjoy a snack. Nobody wants to hear you crunching on chips or eating chicken or slamming a tall boy. Either mute yourself, or leave until you finish eating. If you know it's annoying and still do it that's a kick off tops. Sorry not sorry.

9 AntwortenI for one wonder how this post applies to Destiny ?

It seems like such an obvious tip, but there are so many people who just don't get the memo. I played Eater of Worlds with a guy about a year ago, and he smacked his lips unnaturally loudly while we were taking a break. At first I thought he was doing it as a joke and I giggled, but then I realized he was actually being serious about it. I have no idea what he was eating, but it must have been REALLY good for him to enjoy it that much. 😂 But seriously, have some manners.

2 AntwortenI hate the asshats who don’t change their smoke detector batteries.

1 AntwortenYep. It's like fingernails on a chalkboard to me. Some folks have no home training.

I wonder what need for communication you have? You playing with randoms? Or is the friendship not so strong in your clan? That’s a very strange post though considering whoever is left is all about clan, KWTD, 50+ completions and the like scrub no lifer requirement. There shouldn’t be any need for communication or then your requirements may not be what you really look for. It’s hard to be a classy, respectful, educated, drop out no lifer scrub.

Yeah if someone ever eats on the mic, i chug a -BLAM!- ton of water and it sounds like the drinking effect from ark survival but 10x louder since my headset is a decade old and sensitive

This effing vapers 😂

1 AntwortenBUUURRRRPPPP !!! What was that? I didnt hear ya.
-
4 AntwortenI'd rather hear someone slam a tall boy than eat something.

2 AntwortenI raid a lot and I've heard a lot of things. 1. people with bongs (most common by far) 2. people eating/drinking/chewing 3. some guy on the phone with his girlfriend/wife for literally the entire raid (Last Wish) 4. some guy's wife yelling at him to stop playing and come back to bed for the entire raid 5. people who sound like they're playing in the middle of an intersection, airport, or call center

>when people sound inconsistently loud and then soft so I have to repeatedly adjust their volume slider. Like dude why are you moving so much

1 AntwortenEating and drinking with a mic on sounds bad ...
But when someone starts whistling then you should probably grab a tissue because blood has started to gush from your ears
-
2 AntwortenI’m an inherent mouth breather. I can’t help it... just let it soothe your ears like a sound machine. 😦
-
4 AntwortenI have an extended mic so I can put in down my throat so you can hear my digestion taking place.
-
I'd rather listen to a fat lady fart into wind chimes before I listen to a squeaker for a whole raid.........
-
Guilty
sorry....not sorry. Jk I mute
3 AntwortenDo bong hits fall into this category? I say nah.

2 AntwortenBearbeitet von splortin: 4/8/2019 1:35:20 AMThose are good points. Etiquette is pretty important. You also have to remember not to be the mic etiquette dictator.
-
1 AntwortenI used to take my mic into the bathroom while between raid encounters just so I could hear that one dude say “Is someone peeing?” Gets me everytime😂
-
3 AntwortenI don't know man... Of course you are right but just accept that your the better person and live with it. Nobody likes it when the smoker needs a cig either but if you are going to game with others you need to deal. Everyone's expectations and experiences are different. You just have to be more patient and accepting, or play alone. You need them- they need you. End of story. I think you're asking too much. If someone is forgoing dinner to help raid I'm willing to overlook the greasy-fingered flubs or the finger suckling sounds.

1 AntwortenSo nobody’s gonna say it....... The guy posting about drinking and eating. His name happens to be Milk. Probably full of vitamin D. Sorry I couldn’t help it
-
1 AntwortenI eat exclusively during times when my mic is on. It boosts team morale. Sometimes I might even chew on the mic itself if I’m in the right mood.
