Mine has been working fine. You might want to clear the app’s cache in settings. If that doesn’t work uninstall, reboot your device and then reinstall the app.

you can go in the settings in the companion itself and then look for the entry ´´ clearing cache ´´ if you cant find it try a Re-Installation it does basicly the same

Unfortunately I can't seem to find "settings" I have an older IPad and all I see is "notifications" and "usage statistics"

in the app it on the botom right after fire team i think its called more ( the tab where you can go in your profile and the forums) on this pannel its the last one above the help button

What I eventually did was to update the app from the App Store and lo and behold - it now works and has a brand new look ! Thanks again.
