If Bungie remove PVP Destiny 3 I’m done I leave.
Sorry to tell you but is true is all over Reddit.
Like I said if Bungie removes PVP from D3 I’m done I won’t buy it at all period.

What's gonna happen probably is, release d3 with as much pve content and gears and weapons to chase after. Then down the road release pvp/crucible, it might not be like the pvp qe have now, it might be in another form, like gambit, or open world type pvp. While I'm not a big pvp player, I do enjoy it from time to time, and do grind for weapons and gear that require pvp. But bungie has done so many things players didnt like whether for pvp or pve. Now with d3 rumors having it be pure pve, in a way I like the sound of that, BUT they need to UP their pve skills, content, grind, difficulty and most importantly match making for everything possible. Not the same bullshii MM we have now which is guided games but true MM for all activities. I'm willing to give them a shot, I loved D1 but there were so many stuff I hated as well, and D2 just threw everything out the window and started fresh and the changes were in even more horrible. So while I might be considered a sucker for investing in bungie. Depending on what they show, what we will be getting, and how things will play, I might get d3. Because as of now, Im Done with d2, it failed me horribly. And havent touched it in a while, while I did log in to check season of drifter, I turned that crap right back off a day or 2 later, then logged in, got the thorn and never logged in again. So if bungie wants my $$ and at the same time me playing and enjoying the game. They better bring a full plate to the table with everything they learned and all feedback they took from players

4 AntwortenInstead of making Crucible.. How about they do like The Division. They have PvP enabled areas. Example, Your on EDZ and Sparrow over to a Gateway, it opens up and a quick load screen. You now enter a PvP the size of two Crucible maps. There you can do achievements, bounties, there are Nodes to activate Public PvP events like Death matches and so on.

Why do ppl thing gambit is pvp, im still shootin adds, and dont come at me with a well its against a nother group of players because this is skill vs add mechanic, who spawn in a set order its more like a race against the system, not only that if you think invading is pvp. No its me with a overshield and wall hack. Common 99,9% i ether run out of time because the map we are in everbody is hiding. Or i slap everybody because there is no skill of pvp there. Am i realy the only one of the pvp player base who still thinks of gambit as pve?

I want them to fix their lag issues. I run a gig up and a gig down ISP. I know the PS4 can’t carry this much but when I put a SG in an opponents face and expend 5 rounds I don’t expect them to survive and one shot me. Empty a full clip from the inaugural address and their health doesn’t even fall. This is why PVP sucks for me personally. It was my favorite part of the game until D2. I don’t know what Bungie did but whatever it was ruined the PVP aspect of the game. If they can’t fix the lag, then for me personally it won’t matter if they remove it or not. I simply won’t play it. However, it should not be removed if 30% of the player base still enjoys it. I have played only the PVE portion of the game recently and I don’t need Luna’s Howl or the Recluse to do it well. PVE and PVP players need to stop the bitchin and work together. We need to keep the player base high and that takes both sides of the game.

PvP will always be there as it is part of the Lore, just expect to get a massive overhaul in september. And it might not be D3 but Annual pass 2.0. That has not been confirmed yet.

I hate to be that guy considering I have quit this game once more and only joined back when a friend of mine asked me to play with him because everyone else he knew quit already, so with that said as the pvpers tell the pve players when they post about quitting "bye" :) Just kidding.. I am not that toxic sorry just had to throw that in there though! ;)

PvP isn’t gunna be removed. It’s gunna be renamed to enhanced PvE.

You do realize that the leak was saying that they might remove the crucible, but still have pvp..right? And another thing, it is just a leak.

Well they need to make drastic changes to D3 to keep the game fresh. I’m open to a « dark zone » game mode as pvp although I was not a big fan of it in the Division. Let’s see how it goes.

Considering it takes them months to fix the stuff they broke and the biggest offender how the comp playlist is. Its probably better its gone because face it they don't care they've never cared hence why they constantly screw up simple things.

I don't think they would do that because PvP is rolling content with very little effort. I think they need to separate how a gun performs in PvP and PvE. Each exotic quest weapon should also have a PvP path and PvE path to get said exotic. Regardless Im not sure if there is enough $ to make a D3 because of infusion cores.

It's only gotten worse since year 1 Destiny, who really cares to see PVP in D3. PVP will never be good on console because they have to balance it for both PC and consoles. I doubt they can make a better sandbox than D1 currently so let them move on.
