Still waiting for a cloak with the hood down, like the cloak of Taniks. Or maybe an option to put our hoods up and down. I actually want to appreciate helm design.

Oh yeah, those hunter's scarves instead of cloak...

Sometimes I rock out the Dreamer's Cloak from the beginning of the story cause it's the only scarf in the game. Sadly it's only 10 light level with no invisible +1 mobility or mod slot but goddamn does it look nice. Style over function all the way.

Can you pull it out from your collection at a much closer LL as your character though?

It [i][b] should[/b][/i] be in your collections, don't see why it wouldn't unless it didn't drop for you, and I'd imagine it would be maybe 5 --maybe 10-- higher LL if at all. It is a white armor piece after all. I only kinda miss Y1 when LL didn't matter because I could rock it in IB without penalty. That was a plus.
