There is no problem with cores and progression in Destiny 2. It is literally a made up problem. Cores do not affect progression. Screaming loudly that they do doesn't make it less of a lie.
Maybe, just maybe, the reason you haven't gotten what you wanted even after screaming about it for months is because your opinion doesn't match the opinion of the majority of the player base nor does it match the direction the developers want to take the game. Maybe, just maybe, we have all heard your complaining loud and clear, but you don't actually have a good argument nor a good opinion. Maybe, just maybe, forming a mob doesn't make your demands more credible or worthwhile.
At this point, the fake argument and outrage over enhancement cores is bordering on social terrorism. Calm down. Play the game. Play a different game. Stop trying to threaten and scream down people who don't agree with you.

Maybe ignoring what people are telling you how to fix it is the problem. And it’s not actually people talking trash that is the issue. And yet in every thread complaining about cores, you get tons of people very clearly explaining how easy it is to get them and how it doesn't take an enormous amount of time to grind for them. You get informed. You get your answer. And guess what? You reject it, clap your hands over your ears, and throw a tantrum about how you want to play how YOU want to play. But, sure, keep telling yourself that everyone else is the problem and that no one could possibly genuinely think cores are not a problem even while everyone is explaining to you very clearly why you're wrong and why complaining about cores is absurd. Just be honest about what you want and stop lying about other people to make yourself feel better.

Yes, Cores are easy, but you must first forget about your family, forget about your outdoor activities. Just farm for hours on end for cores, and you too could be at a power light of 700 and fully master-worked.

You either haven't read the countless responses to the other thousand "cores suck" threads, where people have very clearly detailed how easy and reasonable it is to get cores with just a few hours over a week... or, you're lying, and you do know that you could get the cores you need, but you don't want to. And you could just admit you don't want to grind at all, but instead, you'll lie and pretend to be a victim of an insurmountable, broken system that can only be bested by someone putting in 40 hours a week gaming. So, which are you?

I get cores, yes, but I also have to give up something in my life to get those cores. Mainly spending time outside and doing photography. It's not like it rains cores, or a solid way to getting those cores, it's not like they drop from bosses, it's not like you get them from doing a heroic public event, it's not like we don't get them from Gambit Prime, or rewards from Crucible. Nope, Spider bounties (Tidiest), Paying Spider directly (expensive after buying two cores), might get a scrapper bounty (if your lucky, Scrapper bounties (do an activity that you don't care for, just to get a core. Weapons that might, if also by luck, might give you a shiny, and then the masterwork consumable..which to me is the best way. Cause you can do anything, any activity and get that reward (but it's about the same probability of finding a twenty dollar bill on the side of the road) . Did I miss something? Most of that is tidies and most of that is just uninspiring. There is better ways to earn cores, and there is better ways of utilizing cores. Bungie just does't have enough imagination. And I'm not lying, when I'm giving my own opinion, and you just don't like it. Your not changing my opinion, and no one is going to change your's.

Oh I can’t possibly figure out how to squeeze out 30 min for 5 lost sectors. That’s what I heard you say. Again spider has 5 bounties available, PER DAY, PER CHARACTER. That’s 35 cores available to a single character per week from those bounties alone. That’s over 100 cores a week. If you still can’t figure out how to do lost sectors to get cores, I don’t know if anyone can possibly explain it to you. Clearly you don’t want to try something different that is working for other players Ps : That means it’s your fault.

Don't play our game, be enslaved with our game. The user should be able to take on different tasks that they like doing, and get rewarded with a core or two, not have to run from planet to planet to do lost sectors, just for a core....That sounds monotonous. By the way, I do, do this. I just find it, not the most perfect way of earning cores. I make about 200 cores a day, but guess what? It takes about a whole day to make 200, when in truth. It should take about an hour. Cause that's taking away what I really like to be doing in the game. Which is play Gambit Prime or doing the Reckoning, I'm not asking for cores to be taken out from the game completely, just that bungie makes a better economy. Seriously, I rather go back to D1 days of doing infusing, and just add Masterwork cores, like we had it before Forsaken. Meaning, you got cores, from dismantling exotic gear, and cores would be only needed for exotic gear to infuse.

Oh so you would rather do something less monotonous than lost sectors but want more cores in a shorter time. What are your suggestions for “easier activities that are faster and less monotonous” than lost sectors. What would you rather do to get cores???? Also if you have over 200 why are you complaining.
