Solved Nwm...
My reward tokens from vanguard, crucible and gunsmith was gone after update. Zero. Pictures in thread below. Can see them in Destiny App, but not in game or Ishtar.
Found them... Boy, I feel like an idiot.

You have my sympathies. For me those 3 would equal over 20,000 tokens and that is not a typo. Sorry for your loss.
