They won’t remove them, I think at this point bungie know destiny is dead and are right now standing above it holding that pillow over its face in the hopes it’ll end soon. All they have to do is finish the season pass content and then walk away.

Bungie are just plain incompetent at this point, you may be better off directing your feedback to someone like Unkown player or Datto or the likes. Maybe just slip in a D2 feedback request amongst the video replies for example ;)

Is that the same team of hotshots partially / wholly responsible for these: -Baryon Boughs (boy, they do know how to make new resources they add "meaningful") -RNG / cosmetic drop rates? (Apparently someone noticed that pins for badges up for sale on the store were not moving, so they deigned to "listen" to feedback and look for solutions after a few months... stay tuned...) - Limited stacks for all season pass consumables? (Sure wish I could have more modulus reports sitting in my postmaster and that gambit consumables would take more inventory space. I mean god forbid we could stack 100 in a pile... imagine how game breaking ?!?!??) - Duplicate exotic drops? Edge Transit? (Hey, baby steps... only took a few months / tries to take this one from its initial "horrible" state to a semi-bearable "not that great"... see, there's hope!) - Power level drops? (Cuz, you know, +1 only... wouldn't want players like me to reach 700 in 14 days instead of 15 / without busting a few more cores... might decide to quit at 698.75. Or stop playing the second I hit 700. Wonder if base cheapness on the max level bump is what caused recent bugs for some... anyways. Highly rewarding and meaningful milestones for sure) - catalyst drop rates? (You sure that this has not been fixed? After zero for months, just got all the missing strike / crucible ones. All of a sudden. Days appart. Oh well, guess that clan perk that will only unlock in 2/3 weeks will be useless, but hey... B+ for effort) - infusion mechanics? (Ah the good old days of earlier D2 iterations.... remember when the only way you could level up an auto rifle was to wait for an auto rifle to drop? Glad the final iteration of D1 progression / infusion mechanics was reinvented for such a smart and rewarding system... I mean that shit was completely broken and drove away thousands upon thousands of players in a matter of months!) Those hotshots? If "yes" is the answer to some / most of the above, then at this point the best most sustainable solution we can hope for is that someone at bungie wakes up and removes the "investment" team and/or gives them a new lead.
