Just burned out honestly and some things still aren't properly fixed. Just really tired and done with the game.
Talk about repetitive.

33 Antworten"Why don't you leave?" "If you have left, why you still here?" "This forum is only for positive feedback, Bungie can work with!" Many people posting here (me included) have invested a lot of time, money and energy into the destiny universe, many since say 1 I for one have played nothing else, played on through troubled times, and absolutely loved it during good times. That kind of investment means you have a relationship with the game, the devs, the characters, the forums, your clan, even you that's reading this! You could be on my team in 10 mins time, and be a new friend? So when you have arrived at a point in the game, where you simply can't play, for what ever reason - in this case stale repetitive content. It's not about just turning the game off, playing something else and never turning the forum on again. You post, and say your bored, that you aren't happy to pay for the annual pass, for no new content, for gambit that you don't like. This is constructive feedback, this is telling Bungie that this worked for some, but not for you. If Bungie listen (bear with me on that point), then hopefully they will take note and make positive changes. If we all hold hands and skip round the playground singing, pretending everything is fine, the game will never improve. I get that the negatives could be voiced without harsh speak, we can communicate without toxicity. And the devs are people doing the best job they can. But I'm guessing harsh speak comes from emotion, from frustration, from despair. Why are We still here? We are reading the forum, hoping Bungie reply to posts, with hopeful replies, with suggestion of new content and changes? So we can come back and fall in love with this fantastic game again?

2 AntwortenPeople! Take a short break and play something else for a few days. See what else is out there and return when they add something worth going back for. Video games are supposed to be fun, not like a job.

Daily player population figures are heading south again.

Nope, it’s like I’m addicted or something
Send help, obviously
I have spent hours and hours on this game and I just can’t do it anymore Light level increases, lack of content, enhancement cores, crappy pvp and matchmaking!! I’m working 14 hour shifts 8 days a week at the moment and there are 3 games I want to play, destiny, division 2 and Anthem. When I’m deciding which to play Division always wins because bungie do not care about what we want, they drive their customers away and there are seriously better games at the moment. This is such a shame because in D1 everybody was excited about reset!! How many get excited these days?

Just take a break. I used to no-life this game and now I'll get on maybe once a week for a few hours. I plan on getting on later today for the Invitation but that's about it.
-
Burned out when it released. It's crazy how much I like destiny 1 and how much I dislike destiny 2. How is that even possible? It's easy if you're called bungo.

Ok I keep seeing this post and man your title sentence really bothers me lol

I’m not tired of the universe and story. I like it a lot actually. I want more. I am tired of the rigid gameplay, lack of player freedom and control, their insistence of the impractical PvE/PvP blend, their continued attempt to force feed the entire experience on everyone, strict metas, that their answer for nearly every balance related issue seems to be to take away something thus making the power fantasy practically nonexistent, the way they choose to impose challenge through but not limited to arbitrary timers, spamming something, arbitrary immune phases, and convoluted synchronized swimming mechanics.

9 AntwortenI’m actually pretty burnt out on the “games as a service” model. We just keep getting unfinished games that suck so the developer can drip feed the rest of the game in order to make more money. Nowhere is this more obvious than Destiny, Fallout 76, and Anthem. Imagine paying $60 and getting a proper Destiny game. I’m talking D1 vanilla through Taken King, or Destiny 2 vanilla through Forsaken. Those would be complete games worth $60. But, instead, they pretty much cut the game in half and charged us twice for it while pushing microtransactions. I think I’m just done with this genre, to be honest. Division 2 has restored my faith a little bit, but it’s honestly just Division 1, but done correctly. Ubisoft got a mulligan, and they did a really nice job of saving that franchise. Unfortunately, Destiny, Anthem, and 76 are the rule, and Division 2 is just an exception, and a pleasant surprise.

1 AntwortenI’m not tired of destiny. I’m tired of the way bungie treats the community and has no interest in making the game enjoyable.

9 AntwortenLOL Loooooong time ago. Bungo must do some kind of mirracle to make me download the 90 gb again ... The Division 2 is where it at right now. Amaizing game ... so much content, so many hidden things, so much detail, the sheer amount of enemy types with different AI and everything is amaizing ... and the PVP ... it's the most fun I have ever had. All content for year 1 is free ... everything is on DEDICATED SERVERS .... ANTICHEAT!!! ... so many stuff to do so many things to level and acquire ...

I played pretty much every day for the longest time. Now I'm only doing xur bounties in case they lead to the arbalest. I'm finding even those tedious. Other than a brief moment that was forsaken this game has been a dumpster fire.

1 AntwortenI did Thorn quest. Gun is average compared to other weapons already in game. I burned out on Gambit getting the Breakneck. Haven’t ran one Prime/Reckoning match yet. I was hoping “The Decision” would be this big deal but apparently it’s short with garbage rewards. Black Armory was a mess at launch and the frame rotation is as bad as NF rotation. The annual pass was a waste of $

I played a lil recently because im not gonna waste the pass that i bought so i played for like 10 hours total and stopped. Im only gonna sign into destiny on the weekend do the invitation then get back to runescape.

3 AntwortenTotally agree, I took a two week break two months ago😂. Since then I've been Bayek in AC Origins, and had fun in Anthem and not missed D2 at all, jumped on last week for 5 mins and was instantly bored.

I don't mind that the game is repetitive, but it feels like it's going in a direction that I'm not really a fan of. They don't seem to be adding to the things that matter, they're expanding the game, but not fleshing out the things that are already there. They keep adding more gated things, more things to chase that apparently have to rotate week by week on vendors and bosses so you're forced to return another week if you want something specific, sometimes you'll be waiting indefinitely. They refuse to take player feedback on simple things that would improve the experience immensely. Like adding matchmaking to nightfalls, or adding strike loot back to the regular strike playlist, or... TAKING ENHANCEMENT CORES OUT OF INFUSION. There's a very long list of things that bug me about the game, but the horse has been beaten to dust already.

Hollow gameplay for shitty rewards.
sums up where Destiny 2 is in my opinion
Bungie are just plain incompetent at this point, you may be better off directing your feedback towards someone like Unkown player or Datto or the likes. Maybe just slip in a D2 feedback request amongst the video replies for example ;)

I wouldn’t say I’m tired I would say I’m discouraged on the path they took with the season pass (end game) approach. There seems to be no Focus, no “Thing” to achieve right now other than just doing grind stuff. I mean I get it’s a grind game, but up until this point there was a start middle end to the grid (even if the community didn’t like the story there was story and had those elements). Anyway just loosing interest honestly. Maybe the Fall drop (if there is one) will help me feel invested again. We will see.

Same, it’s a game I really want to love but just isn’t the same anymore
