Ada-1 augmented weapon bug
I completed one of the augmented weapon bounties today after the reset. After I completed it the bounty disappeared from my inventory. When I go back to Ada-1 it says that "you can only carry one" for the bounty.

Ada's weapon frames don't carry over the weekly reset, so they must be completed before that happens or else they will be refunded to your inventory as a Ballistics Log (Gold frames) or three Modulus Reports (Silver frames). If you have the Radiant Matrix, that is removed, too. Ada's weapon frames are on a rotation, so you'll be able to get this again in the future.
