"What type of pinnacle weapons would you like to see in Jokers Wild?"
-
2 AntwortenIt depends on what you mean by "better". Do you mean stronger, or more unique? Either way, I think they're already good in both of those areas.
-
9 AntwortenMake thorn a 110. Have it 2 tap on two headshots with DOT after 3 seconds. Require getting to 2100 in comp to get it. Buy popcorn and read the forums....
Hard to master but fun to obtain pinnacles are what I am looking forward to.
Jokers Wild could be the least impacting content to ever hit Destiny 2. If they do not completely redefine what Gambit is, being that it is the big draw in the content drop, it could destroy what's left of the D2 community (if the game forces me to play OG gambit with no fixes, to get any of the new things in the DLC I'm out). Pinnacle weapons are not the biggest issue for me though. Gambit is having an identity crisis and splits the community because many of them just don't find the gameplay fun, albeit having a great core premise. You're damage against the weakest of ads just seems to little and the invaders are just too annoying... not powerful or fun just annoying. Not to mention the difference between playing with a party and going in solo. I can't wait to see the new gamemode but I don't want it to fall into the same rut that the current mode is in right now. However, The Loaded Question being too easy to get and very 'difficult' to understand, the Breakneck being a very usable weapon but has a very game breaking grind, and I cannot really comment on the Mountain Top but I've heard mixed reviews. Competitive gambit with pinnacle weapons would be awesome.

When does JW start
-
How about a bow that can 1 shot with a decent draw time, and have archers tempo
-
I want a whole roster of Weapons of Sorrow. We already have Malfeasance and Whisper, and getting a Thorn Rifle in JW, I want my Necrochasm and Bad Juju back. Along with maybe a few more, like a shotgun, rocket, sword, bow, fusion...
-
Bungie needs to fix what it has already. Claymore/Broadsword gets out gunned by Bygones and Blast Furnace every day.
-
Breakneck is pretty good. Luna and Not Forgotten are pretty good.
-
Time for a power weapon.
-
Adept weapons where the best reward system throughout destiny
-
The solution to pvp pinnacle weapons should be made like claymore and broadsword. A long quest for the average destiny pvp player who find comp too difficult,m. Basically a QP version of the quest. A shorter quest for those who play comp. let’s face it, comp is tougher so it should be more rewarding. Players will whine about comp players getting it faster (if the weapon is good) but if everyone has a chance of getting it regardless of skill, then the bitching will be toned down.

The gambit one should be some sort of CC weapon. Maybe a smg would be really cool! Like a pillager except with some sort of damage scaling perk. Or maybe even a pillager with the same perks as breakneck. That would be pretty epic considering the reload speed of smg’s.

While the pinnacle weapon chase is great, all it’s done is nullify so many other options. Why use any other handcannon but Luna/not forgotten when it’s the best you can use? If you like fusions for pve why not use a really powerful one, why not run breakneck since it has the quickest ttk potential in pve of autos, and well mountaintop was a good concept and fun to use in pve but it just doesn’t do that well in pvp because it has no proximity det and I could shoot it between a guardians legs as he takes a step and my almost perfect shot does zero damage. They need to make pinnacle weapons that are unique but do not nullify all other weapons of its archetype
-
1 AntwortenYep, I agree. Malfeasance & Breakneck are less than pinnacle, compared to crucible offerings.
-
2 AntwortenDoesn't matter it will get nerfed as soon as someone gets killed by it in PvP, once again ruining it for PvE.
-
Dual kinetic gjallahorns with health regeneration on ads.
-
Sniper rifle
-
10 AntwortenBreakneck was practically the only useful pinnacle weapon this season, the others were not worth the effort. Next season, I'd much rather them do a sniper rifle for Vanguard and a scout rifle for the Crucible weapons. Sniper might have a perk that makes successive shots on a single target do more damage, and the scout could deal more damage the further away you were from your target, up to a cap. As for Gambit, I think we should get a sidearm. Perk could be that getting kills with it while under half health would trigger a heal and a brief handling/accuracy boost.

All the pinnacle weapons are great. That is one of the things they didn’t -blam!- up
-
1 AntwortenWhat is the release date for Jokers Wild?
-
4 Antwortenno more pvp weapons like luna and nf and luna and nf immediately needs counter weapons available to all bungie destroyed pvp with their pinnacle, no developer in this pvp market will release OP weapons as rewards from pvp, no one
-
3 AntwortenHow about no pinnacle weapons and we just get back amazing exclusives like Eyasluna, Fatebringer, and Imago Loop that make the grind worth the time.

I like the Breakneck though...
But I see what you mean.
3 AntwortenBearbeitet von Tis-but-a-scratch: 2/12/2019 1:06:53 PMA scout rifle. Maybe call it, I don’t know,..... Hung Jury. It could 1hk, have dragon fly, great stability, and hold a lot of rounds, with a good rate of fire.
