Enkaar hit box
The last mission for TLW is total B/S the hit box when shooting his gun is sooooo small it’s as if there is RNG behind wether you’ve actually hit it or not.
Whilst this is an interesting and fun mechanic. It’s super frustrating. I’m on 20 deaths now, just from this part of the quest.

Try changing your sensitivity to a higher setting, it worked for me.
