Thanks again for your bias towards PvP players.
Thank you bungle for once again putting another hand cannon out of reach for us below par PvP players. I do not understand why you cannot offer an alternate route on quests like these. It took me over six months to get my first ever ace of spades all because of the stupid PvP contingents that you are so fond of. My I'd if you wood like to check is 0.76 and that is after playing this game for over 3 years, so what possible chance do I have in succeeding in these quests coming up against players of 2.0 and above. After playing 7 games today I am on 2% due to your ridiculous penalties scheme. Its about time you got in touch with reality and stop putting bloody stupid demands on players. I fully understand why people have left the game and vowedto never to return for whatever resins they may have. Please don't patronize people. Hopefully the forthcoming "Anthem" game will have far less bias in it and once again I will be able enjoy playing all aspects. You have too date had a few hundred pounds off me for DLC's etc. I fear that this has been the straw that has broken this camels back and I have possibly spent the last hard earned penny on your product.

I don't really play PvP but having a go today for TLW. Same old; same old. Three times I've been at 70% three times slide back down to fifty something. Is the lag in Crucible now a game-play extension too? I won't mention the 'games in progress' which are over before I've managed to move out of the spawn, that are just long enough for every opposing player to unload their super on me before I've even fired a shot!

1 AntwortenIt's not bias. They're desperate to populate PvP with players. Most players do the bare minimum playing only as many matches per week to get powerful gear. Maybe they put in more time in Iron Banner to get powerful gear from the bounties. Because of the problems from P2P and cramped 4 man team maps with 6 man teams in them the experience is sub-par. Maybe they'll get it right for D3 but D2 PvP is a lost cause. They could add more of the larger maps from D1. That could help a bit.

I know the collector in you wants it, but you have Ace, Ace is a better more all around weapon that makes things explode. Yeah I got TLW, you know where it is, in my vault, why you ask? Cause I have Jotunn. That required zero PvP effort to attain. I would farm that and move on from TLW which is just a flash in the pan. Give it two weeks and see how many are still rocking it. Besides it trash for PvE. There's Whisper, which is another fine weapon that required zero PvP to get, and now you can do that everyday with any public event. All I'm saying, is that this collector won't get everything in the game. I don't have 1KV, I really don't care if I do, same could be said for Luna. Go for a god roll Trust, it's as good so I'm told by comparison by friends who have both.

2 AntwortenOnly Exotics that require you go outside pve are: The Rat King(albeit breifly) Chaperone Ace of spades Malfeasence(spelled wrong?) The Last Word. #4 is tailored to that game mode and #5 is also tailored towards pvp. The only three sought after weapons that are only available through pvp are... Lunas Howl Not Forgotten Rederixs Broad Sword The Mountain Top All four of wich are tailored towards pvp. There are only three pvp game modes. Quickplay Compettitive Gambit [spoiler]not mentioning the other crucible modes as they are still "quickplay modes" where as comp and gambit are different animals with their own ranking and leaving out iron banner as it is a special event[/spoiler] Where as pve has... Four sepperate campaigns Strikes Nightfalls Four sepperate Raids Heroic adventures Forges Blind well Escalation Protocol Patrol zones The shattered throne Other exotic [u]quests[/u] not requiring pvp... Polaris Lance. Sleeper Simulant. Sturm. The Wish Ender. The Whisper of the worm. The Legend of Acrius. Izanagis Burden There is only two seals that require pvp. Unbroken Dredgen. Where as the others do not. Long story short.... This game is not a pvp focused game [spoiler]Many dont consider this so Ill leave it here... One final reason pvp should not be removed is that for the lore of the game, in the last city, our Guardians need an effective way to train, to use their supers and do so in a way that prevents them from going in half cocked and dying, they need the crucible for this reason, to get stronger, together[/spoiler]

2 steps in this quest require PvP... 4 of the steps require PvP... if anything, there’s a PvE bias here, which is ridiculous for a weapon that is mainly PvP focused.

At least your an honest player, and thats rare these days. i feel your pain though. it seems the faster your internet the worse it is. I have 380 down 22up, im also hard wired to a monster PC, and the only user of the internet. and its awful most times. yet i nip around a mates house, who has a 8 yr old pc, uses wirless for destiny 2, on 40mbs down 800kb up shares this connection with 5 others all doin gpretty much the same, and says "i never notice any lag" i watched in horror as shots that should have taken him down many times hardly took down his sheild. he just laughed and said "im just a god" and there the main problem right there old pcs poor speeds. and dam streamers. Online games should have at least a solid 1.0 MB up not wireless. preferrable not shared . so dont worry 60% of the time its not you. so dont listen to the "git gud " goons. just do what u have to do and get out of there.

If you have to force yourself to get the gun but hate crucible then just stop playing crucible. Its nothing groundbreaking in pve and whats the point of getting it if you already want to leave to Anthem.

You only need to have a 0.50 efficiency to get that part of the quest complete as long as you’re killing and not assisting. If you cannot get a 0.50 efficiency in Quickplay, then my friend this gun is not for you. If you are incapable of killing 1 enemy in 2 lives , then just stick to your dregs. Just because you payed for something does not entitle you the weapon. You have all the means necessary to obtain it, it’s a piss easy quest in my opinion (but I refrain from using my experience as an argument) so get to farming. It will be a long and tedious step, but at the end of the day it’s no one’s fault a bad pvp player is trying to obtain a pvp weapon, its going to be difficult.

I'd be fine with PVP quests if they brought back one (non-competitive) choice that is always SBMM. So many quests and so many clan bounties are for Crucible, and if you aren't good at PVP you risk getting booted from your clan for not contributing, and you can't get the quest weapons. Why not make a game everyone who paid for it enjoys, and stop catering to sweaties, Youtubers, and people who (apparently don't have jobs) can play PVP all day long.
