I have this problem since day 1, I tried unbelievable amount of fixes, nothing has worked. This is the only game that I have this problem. I have to switch to the ps4 pro version, I don't think bungie fix this issue on pc at all. They just don't care, if they want to resolve this problem, they would do this long time ago.
