I’ve told you what I believe before, and I’ll say it again. I’m a Christian. I believe that Jesus Christ came down and died for our sins, then rose up from the dead three days later, then ascended to heaven shortly after. I believe that the Bible is His word and that it is the good news

This is confusing. So YHWH is the god of the Old Testament who the Jews worship. The Old Testament is older than the new. Correct?

YHWH is the unpronounceable name of God in Hebrew. He is the same God that I worship. That’s one thing Jews and Christianity have in common. God goes by many different names in the Bible. The Jews call Him by His Hebrew name: YHWH Christians call Him God, or Jesus. Understand?

Allah is the Arabic name for God. Does it refer to my God? No. Not as far as I know. So the answer would be no for me.

What contemporary writings will I find Jesus in? I can’t seem to find any Jewish or Romans writings on the Jesus of the bible or any miracles. So you’re not confused, I know all about Josephus, Tacitus, Pliny the Younger etc. They talk about a dude called Jesus from second hand info. There were lots of people called Jesus around that time. So, I’m after some legit accounts of Jesus and his miracles. Thanks.

The Bible. Are you looking for historical evidence besides the Bible? Or evidence supporting the Bible?

I don’t believe what the bible says. But I’m open to unbiased writings on who he was and the miracles performed. I can’t find anything. Maybe I’m looking in the wrong places...

So you don’t believe in the Bible, yet you want to learn about the guy who the Bible is about?

Not particularly learn about him. I just want to know if there’s any evidence of who he was and his miracles from an un-biased source. Any ideas?

I would search Roman Empire texts, or just google it. Literally the Bible is just about Him and His plan What makes it biased in your opinion?
