Forge Key Mold & Mysterious Box Issue
Currently, we are aware of players reporting issues regarding the Black Armory Key Mold and Mysterious Box. At this time we are actively investigating these reports and ask that players who believe to be impacted by this comment below in this thread so we can efficiently gather data on the matter.
Please note this thread's focus is to assist with a potential future resolution and not handle individual requests at this time.

I am on the step of the Mysterious Box to complete a rare bounty on my Hunter, but I have a rare bounty on my Warlock who does not have the key mold. Just commenting for data.

Ok I know this is going to sound like trolling but I really want Bungie to understand our perspective. The game designers put a ridiculously hard puzzle primarily for the streaming aspect of solving it being essentially free advertising and it became one of the most epic video game fails of all time. Now the quest for the only usable reward from the entire puzzle won't drop.[b] Please put more thought into your DLC content Bungie Please.[/b]

My fireteam also did not obtain that 4th key Chava1821 & funstuff1018 along with me; Let us know when it is fixed

Effected as well. Busted my butt all day to get the izanami forge on my alt character (only one with a rare bounty) then went to try to get the key quest from ada AND IT WONT LET ME. What makes it worse is shattered throne only comes every 3 weeks....

I can get to the forge but can’t get the last key to drop.

Same issue on Xbox, only one character can pick this up and unfortunately it’s not my main

4 AntwortenLOL....just "gather data" on everyone...you act as if only some of us are affected. It is the entire Destiny population that is affected. None of us can get the Key Mold on our alternate characters....

rI was super disappointed because i didnt have a rare bounty on my hunter but i had one on my titan but because i couldnt get the mold on my titan i just turned in the bounty because i assumed it wasnt a multiple character option. im really disappointed by this because now im over a hundred runs into forges and still havent found another bounty

Definitely, appreciate the acknowledgment of the issue...but looking for a time frame to fix. Ideally, one that does not mean your player base has to wait 3 weeks to complete time-based and RNG content.

I also can’t collect the black armour key or get the data pad mission from Ada. Completed the other quests on my first character, not sure if that matters at all.

I have rare bounties on 2 of my 3 characters... Guess which one I collected the quest on, thinking it would be like every other exotic where I could get it on all my characters.... Please fix this before the shattered throne is gone.

Seems a bit suspect on the timing on that announcement, with it being hot on the heels of Forge-gate 2019 Also how much data do you need to "gather" before someone actually goes and fixes it? It's been like 27 hours already, and it's time limited because of the Shattered Throne completion requirement.
